VybeSafe ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on vybesafe.com (the "site"). The VybeSafe desktop application itself runs locally on your machine and is governed by the in-app privacy notice — that's a different document and we link to it from the app on first run.
What we collect on this site
- Email address — when you submit one of our forms (early-access waitlist or checklist download).
- Source attribution — which form/page you signed up from, so we can tell which ad creative is working.
- Standard server logs — IP, user agent, timestamp. Kept 30 days, used for abuse prevention only.
- Privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) — page views and referrers, no cookies, no personal identifiers.
- Meta Pixel — used to measure ad effectiveness if you arrived from a Facebook/Instagram ad. You can opt out via your ad-preferences settings on those platforms.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized session replays and heatmaps to improve the site. No PII captured.
What we do with it
- Email the lead magnet PDF and early-access invites.
- Measure which ads and pages convert.
- Reply if you write to us.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your email or any other data.
- We don't share with third parties beyond the processors listed below.
- We don't track you across other sites.
Processors we use
- Brevo — email delivery and list management (GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted).
- Bluehost — web hosting.
- Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection.
- Plausible — anonymous analytics.
- Meta — ad attribution (only if you arrived from a Meta ad).
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized UX analytics.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every message. To delete your data entirely, email vybesafe@gmail.com and we'll erase it within 7 days.
Cookies
The site itself sets no first-party cookies. Plausible is cookieless. Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies if their scripts load — disable them with your browser's tracking-protection settings or by visiting this site with a browser that blocks third-party tracking.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Material changes will be announced by email if you've subscribed.
